Mr. Wilkinson has practiced law for over 34 years. He has extensive trial experience and represents clients in business, health care, real property and agribusiness litigation. He defends business people and professionals in white collar criminal prosecutions. Mr. Wilkinson also represents health care providers in disciplinary matters before the California Medical and Pharmacy Boards and governmental agencies and landowners in eminent domain litigation.   • Successfully represented the proponents committee in promulgation of federal Pistachio marketing order.

  • Represents a state generic agricultural promotional program against free speech claims under the state and federal constitutions.

  • Successfully stopped the California State Legislature from taking $1 billion in tobacco tax funds away from statewide early childhood development program created by the voters.
