Megan Dutra has a farming background and works with clients on issues covering agricultural and corporate business, commercial finance and real estate law. Megan’s areas of expertise include entity formation, land sales and acquisitions, and general contract review.
Megan’s primary focus includes the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies and routinely handles real estate transactions. She regularly assists her clients with business contracts of all types, including loan transactions. Megan is currently serving as the President-Elect of the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association and is a member of both the Fresno County Bar Association and Fresno County Women Lawyers.
Megan is a Hanford native and has a background in agriculture that includes dairy farming and almond production. In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and her pets.
