Background

Brandon N. Reta is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He provides litigation experience to businesses, public agencies, and individuals on matters involving unfair business competition, contract breach, negligence & fraud, employment law, property disputes, and criminal law.

Brandon has legal experience as both a Deputy District Attorney and a Deputy Public Defender for the County of Fresno. He has conducted a dozen jury trials; working both sides of the aisle.

Brandon is a born-and-raised native of Fresno, who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fresno State, before earning his Juris Doctorate at King Hall at UC Davis School of Law.

Brandon is a member of the Fresno County Bar Association, and the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association.
