Haley is a corporate associate who graduated from Santa Clara Law, summa cum laude. Prior to joining Baker Manock & Jensen, Haley worked at a prominent Bay Area law firm where she handled various corporate transactions, including venture capital investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

Background

Haley Georgouses served as a judicial intern for the Fresno Fifth District Court of Appeal during the summer of 2019. She is a board member of the Fresno County Young Lawyers Association and a member of the Santa Clara Law Chapter of the Order of the Coif.

Haley earned her J.D. summa cum laude from Santa Clara University of Law, where she was the recipient of the James A. Emery S.J. Merit Scholarship and the Joan Lamb Memorial Endowed Scholarship. Haley also holds a B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Santa Barbara.
