Haley is a corporate associate who graduated from Santa Clara Law, summa cum laude. Prior to joining Baker Manock & Jensen, Haley worked at a prominent Bay Area law firm where she handled various corporate transactions, including venture capital investments, mergers, and acquisitions.
Background
Haley Georgouses served as a judicial intern for the Fresno Fifth District Court of Appeal during the summer of 2019. She is also a member of the Santa Clara Law Chapter of the Order of the Coif.
