Marvin T. Helon practices in the areas of transactional business and real estate matters, estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships and estate and trust litigation.
Mr. Helon is a Fresno native with more than 40 years of experience. His practice includes matters involving business planning, business and real estate transactions, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate and trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships and estate and trust litigation. He has extensive experience in these areas, and has served as judge pro tem of the Fresno County Superior Court Probate Department, as a Special Master/Court appointed referee, as a Court appointed guardian ad litem and as a Court appointed attorney in numerous conservatorship. estate and trust administration matters. He is currently serving on the Fresno County Superior Court Rules Committee.
Mr. Helon has been active in many professional, charitable and fraternal organizations, including service on the Board of Directors of the Fresno County Bar Association and as Chairman of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Fresno County Bar Association.
