Matthew E. Hoffman’s areas of expertise include entity formation, business sales and acquisitions, general business law, corporate and individual income tax matters, real estate and estate planning.
Background
Mr. Hoffman’s practice focuses upon the formation of corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies. Mr. Hoffman routinely handles the purchase and sale of businesses. Mr. Hoffman is also experienced in corporate, partnership and individual income tax matters, and estate and gift tax issues. Mr. Hoffman regularly assists his business clients with business contracts of all types, including secured loan transactions. He is also experienced in supply agreements, marketing agreements and real property transactions. Mr. Hoffman is a member of the Fresno County and American Bar Associations. Mr. Hoffman is the former managing partner of the Firm. Mr. Hoffman has been selected a California Super Lawyer since 2019.
