Rachel L. Alstrom is an Associate in the firm’s Public Agency and Business Litigation Departments. She provides transactional and litigation services to public agency and private clients in the areas of water, municipal, business, and agribusiness law.

During law school, Rachel gained practical experience in McGeorge’s Bankruptcy and Homeless Advocacy Clinics, and was also a greensheets writer and editor for the McGeorge Law Review.

Prior to joining Baker Manock & Jensen she worked as an associate for a local litigation firm, and gained valuable business litigation experience.

Rachel is a Fresno native and in her spare time enjoys hiking, skiing, and walking her dog, Ella.
